Maintain business relation with existing buyers, receive inquiry; Develop relationships with new and potential customers;, making business plan for existing buyers or other potential customers.
Making daily, weekly performance report;
Making weekly sales and marketing plans to Sales Manager and Director.
Approach customers and build customer's data base.
Managing sales contract, following production, delivery and payment.
Receive and resolve all claims and feedback from buyers relating with quality, quantity, delivery time.
Others will be discussed in interview.
Qualification: graduated or being about graduated from University (major in: Economics, Marketing).
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales; prefer fully understanding on products, specifications, price, advantage and disadvantage of products, similar products and competitors in steel industry.
Understand customers meeting process, information claims process, receiving and resolving customers feedback.
Candidates must be resourceful, committed and result oriented with good knowledge of the target market.
Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
Work at high pressure of sales target.
Willing to travel when necessary.
Characteristics: aggressive, positive attitude, willing to go out to find customers.
